6. What is the policy regarding negative commissions?

Negative commissions are NOT carried forward. We clear all negative commissions at the end of the month.

7. What is the minimum payout request? Is there a fee when a payout is processed?

Minimum payout request is $100. If you do not reach $100 the commissions are carried forward. There is no free if you choose to get paid by Neteller, PrepAid ATM or Citadel. Checks and Wire transfers costs $10 per transaction.
